NatureUganda's Annual General Meeting was held on the evening of May 27, 2011 at the Uganda Museum, Kamwokya. The meeting commenced with at least 28 members in good standing, that is, whose membership is up to date as required by the EANHS constitution and it was well attended. Also present was the woman representative, Kaberamaido district, Hon. Ekwau Ibi Florence K'opio. At the AGM, a new Executive Committee was elected. >> RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED BY THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
1. The AGM resolved that NatureUganda develops its own constitution that will guide its operations in Uganda and NatureKenya does the same. The two organizations will then cooperate under EANHS through a Memorandum of understanding specifying roles and various areas of cooperation.
