   Popular Books
  1. Important Bird Areas of Uganda

This book provides comprehensive coverage of the 22 most important sites for bird conservation in Uganda. Key species, habitats and conservation issues are discussed for every site, with thumbnail location maps. Hundreds of graphics, maps and data tables show key information at local and national. An essential guide for policy-makers and developers, conservationists and environmental consultants.
  2. Popular Birds of Uganda

This book is designed like all other field-guides with the species arranged in the order of the different families. It is hoped that users can eventually graduate to using the standard field-guides and can be less frustrated if they roughly know which side of the book has particular species.Emphasis in this book is laid on the appearance, behaviour & cultural attachments that people have on these birds.
  3. Our Crowned Friend
This book is acompilation of stories about Uganda's National Symbol; The Grey Crowned Crane and its Breeding place; The Wetlands. It is also informative, educative and entertaining.
