NatureUganda has a dedicated team that undertakes various responsibilities in running the activities of the organisation. Some of the team members are based at the Secretariat and others at field offices  in Kabale and Masaka districts.

Kabale Field Office Staff
The Kabale field team takes charge of the Echuya Forest Conservation and Livelihood Improvement project. Staff under the project include:

Masaka Field Office Staff
The Masaka field office hosts the Lake Victoria Catchments Conservation and Environmental Education Programme (LVCEEP). Staff under this project include:
